SLA Qualified Division
A young llama, 5 months to 36 months of age,
will be inspected in the Qualified Division.
If this llama passes the Keuring process, it
gains entry into the SLA Registry as a Qualified
Suri Llama, and becomes eligible for all Keuring
Awards.
An adult llama (more than 36 months) who does
not meet the minimum 40 height (at withers)
requirement for the Permanent Division, will be
inspected in the Adult Qualified Division. Upon
passing with at least the minimum score, it will
remain in the SLA Registry as a Qualified Suri
Llama and will be eligible to receive all awards
except the Star Status Award.
Appropriate age divisions are determined by date
of the keuring event.
